10 essential questions when renting a RV or camper

1. What is the towing capacity of my vehicle?
   Feel free to reach us, we can help you find the Towing capacity on your vehicle. This information depends on your chassis and engine size. Remember that your vehicle towing capacity is measured on empty vehicle.

2. Should I tow, drive or arrange a delivery?
   It depends on what are you more comfortable with, we have delivery as an option.

3. How long and wide is the trailer or RV?
   It depends on the size of the RV camper. You can check details on each RV description. We welcome everyone to come see the camper before your booking.

4. If driving how many miles are included in your rental and what are the overage charges?
   Our trailer are unlimited miles, our motorhome does have a limit. We can quote you for your round trip.

5. How do I budget the gas?
   On average the 8-12 mpg. It depends on the RV weight dimension as well as the vehicle towing.  We have an RV the weight only 1.000 lbs, it has been towed by an electric vehicle.

6. Are there any hidden fees such as cancellations, pets, cleaning fees, etc?
   On our rentals we do not have hiding fees, we ensure that you understand clearly what is cover. Your pet is welcome upon approval.

7. How do I dump the holding tanks before dropping the unit back?
   We will train you on how to do it. We also provide you a phone number in case you have any questions during your trip.

8. How is the deposit and when is it returned?
   On the trailers is $500 and on the Motorhome is $1500. On average, the deposit is back within 3 days after delivery. The contract gives up to 7 days to return it.

9. How much is the insurance and what does it cover?
   It depends on the insurance package that you take. We have multiple levels as well as extra coverage like roadside assistance and interior coverage.

10. Are there any additional item included in the rental such as linens, cookware, utensils, etc?
    Our trailers come with a cleaning set, as well as disposable plates, cups, and utensils. Our Motorhome has the same as the trailers and some cookware.

11. What is the pickup and drop off times?
    For the pickup, we will arrange according to your schedule, from 10 am to 7 pm, we allow our customers to return up to 7pm.
